It was a littln after mid-day that new lifo was Infused into the dealings in Western Union , The street was liberally supplied with rumors , all tend ing to show that an understanding had been reached between the Western Union and Baltimore & Ohio telefraph companies by which they were to operate either in harmony JB two separate companies or under ono con- colldatod management ; or In other word ; , that the Western Union bad eocurod control of the Baltimore & Ohio. It is known that the Baltimore & Ohio lines wore altered to the Western Union some sixty days ago , and that tha terms were not accepted.
