books from the fact that it protects legitimate publications There are dozens of towns in Nebraska that have newspaper plants worth 2000 to 4000 and fcfto are continually har rassed by men starting with a plant worth from 100 to 200 As soon as the chance forlegal printing is gone they pull stakes and depart As the law now is a paper must have at least 200 subscribers and have been published 52
