fHE PLATTSMOUTH JOURNAL PAGE FOUR Section B Monday, May 27, 1963 South Bend Mr. Jess fidler With school closed, the teach er, Mrs. Bernard Dill, and the pupils took a hay rack ride to the woods and had a wiener roast. Paul Stapleton drove the tractor for them. Mrs. Kyle Stapleton of Platts mouth was a supper guest at the Paul Stapleton home. Other evening visitors were Spark Loghry and son Albert of Platts mouth. Jeanine Anderson of Ashland was a weekend guest of Sandra Carnicle. Michael and Debra Carnicle of Murdock spent Sat urday overnight at the Larry Carnicle home. Leonard Bentley arrived home on a 30-day leave from the Navy at San Francisco where he is stationed. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bentley. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Campbell entertained relatives at a din ner. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Joel Ketzbeck of Whittier, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bruning of Bruning, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert West and family of Lincoln and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Bruning of Bruning. Mr. and Mrs. Ron ald Schulte and family of Peru and Mrs. Helen Schulte of Ash land joined the group for the evening. Mr. and Mrs. Ketzbeck and Mr. and Mrs. Bruning re mained overnight. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Schram and two 30ns of Kearney were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Ogg and family. Julie Ogg returned home with the Schrams for a two week visit. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Fidler at tended the Grand Chapter of Eastern Star meeting and the Shrine Ceremonial program in Lincoln at Pershing Auditorium. Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Grady of Greenwood were evening din ner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Rosencrans and boys in obser vance of the birthday of Mrs. Rosencrans. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Camp bell were host to friends and relatives following commence -ment exercises at Louisville High School honoring their dau ghter Joyce, a graduate. Lunch was served to Mr. and Mrs. Duane Gansemer, Mr. and Mrs. Ror.ald Gansemer, Mrs. Mary Meyers and Alice Massoth, all of Manley, Mr. and Mrs. Bill v.ni. AT and Marcia Buck of Murdock, Ken Clark of Weep ing Water, Mr. and Mrs. Ken Panco, Howard Sack, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Kobler and Connie Boldan. Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Dill were Sunday evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Blum at Murdock. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Ewing of Denver were guests of Mrs. Val Gene Ewing and daughters Friday and Saturday. Sunday visitors there were Mrs. Ralph Ipock and girls of Louisville. Mrs. Bernard Dill took her pupils on tour to Nebraska City tn visit, historical daces of in terest. They crossed the Miss ouri into Iowa and had a picnic dinner at Waubonsie State Park. Lawrence Frahm of Ashland drove the bus. Mrs. Frahm, Mrs. Emanuel Boldan, Mrs. Tom Carnicle, Mrs. Robert Tlus .tos and Mrs. Glenn Kuhn and Valerie Ewing also accompan ied the grouo. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Kisjr and Carol of Omaha visited at the Claude Sack home. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Stapleton and Paul Jr. were Virgil Rinnan from Jefferson, Iowa, and Guy and Alberta Stapleton of Cortland. Sunday evening visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Everett Rozell, Connie and Gloria and Leota Porter of Plattsmouth. Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Rob ert Tlustos and family were Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Reveillac and Mrs. Lloyd Larson of Louisville and Mrs. Roger Kuhn and chil dren. Debbie Tlustos returned home with her grandmother, Mrs. Larson, for several days visit. Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Dill and Bernie entertained the members of the senior class of Murdock at an ice cream party. Debra Livers was an over night guest of Cindy Bornemei er at Murdock. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bent ley and family attended com mencement exercises at Louis ville High School. Their daugh ter Donna is a graduate. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Carnicle and Mrs. J. L. Carnicle were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ray . mond Carnicle and daughters. Many families from this com munity attended baccalaureate at Murdock School. Members of the Senior class entertained for their parents at lur.ch and a pro gram at the Town Hall after ward. Mr. and Mrs. George Crab tree and five children of Seward and Mrs. Betty Bradley and children of Lincoln and Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Broken picnicked at Louisville State Park. Journal Want Ads Pay J..
