Many times, people form their im pression of you by your voice and the manner in which you telephone. What are the points of a pleasing telephone per sonality? To speak pleasantly, of course. And to be considerate and courteous — such things as answering promptly, talking directly into the mouthpiece in a normal tone of voice, and hang ing up the receiver gently.
