Arkansas wants to throw one of the two mobbings charged against the state. The bone of contention is the Frank Weems mystery, which came to light last spring during the cot ton chopper’s strike in eastern Arkansas, instigated by the Sou thern Tenant Farmers union- The union charged that Weems had been lynched in Crittenden county for participation in the strike. It was while investigating the sharecropper’s disappearance that | Miss Willie Sue Blaftden of Mem phis and the Rev. Claude. Williams of Little Rock, both white were flogged Sheriff J. H.
