New York. (Special Correspond ence.) Surely sackcloth and ashes have lost all penitential sound. For nothing is more popular than the loose fitting coat, and, for the second, well, why resist discipline when it's only ashes of roses? This tone is one of the favored tints of a cotton frock season which favors beige, salmon, and tangerine. It is ashes of roses which forms the color background of this dotted Swiss model the dots are white with its picoted ruffles of white organdie and its narrow girdle and necktie of old blue. , Surely, too, nothing could be more delightful, particularly when each tiny ruffet is picoted in the old blue.- Black and navy dotted Swisses are extremely smart, and are made up usually with white organdie. These, as well as many of the other tub frocks, run much to flounces and ruf fles. The circular tunic, perhaps, opened down the front, is also thought well of. Co-Workers in Near East Relief . If bread has been "just bread" to you, make a resolution that from now on you will know what ' you are getting. For there is a difference in breads yes, a vast difference. Nobody knows that better than a baker. That is why we are eager to let the women of this community know that we have evolved a bread that for sheer goodness, for purity, for health-bestowing qualities is all they would ask of it. This is BETSY ROSS Bread. When you get BETSY ROSS you get bread that not alone tastes as good as any bread you ever ate, but bread that contains in scientific proportions ingredients that are absolutely pure.
