The city council voted yesterday morning to reconsider its action of last week allowing city police' and firemen a raise of $10 a month. Dance Application , Of Monarch Garden Refused by Council Dancing at the Monarch garden, black and 'white cabaret, 109 South Fourteenth street will be no more. Yesterday the "city- council voted down the application of William Murphy, negro, to permit dancing.
