J. , E. Starkey went, to Columbus,
Neb., a few months ago to engage
in business, leaving his wife ' ia

no means to follow, she alleges in a
petition foi a divorce filed in .dis
trict court. She says he stayed away4
from home frequently during their
23 years of married life, for the pur
pose of getting her to sue for a di
