is "The Girl From Outside." This
remarkable picture, which was adopt
ed from the novelist's widely read

as one of its stellar attractions of
the winter. "The Girl From Out
side" has a strength and a charm all
its own. Its humanness and its
youthful ideals makes it a picture

a divorce in district court, charging
him with nonsupport.
James Mitchell has abused his
wife, Ida, during all their married
life of iow years, she alleges in a
petitibn for divorce filed in district
court. She asks for, a restraining"
order to keep him from molesting;
her. .
J. , E. Starkey went, to Columbus,
Neb., a few months ago to engage
in business, leaving his wife ' ia
Omaha, although he knew she 'had
no means to follow, she alleges in a
petition foi a divorce filed in .dis
trict court. She says he stayed away4
from home frequently during their
23 years of married life, for the pur
pose of getting her to sue for a di
vorce.
Jennie Livingston was granted a
divorce from William Livingston;
and restored to her maiden name.

To Be Deported on Friday
New York. Dec. 2. Demand that
Alexander Berkman and Emm
Goldman be produced at Ellis Is
land, Friday noon, for deportation to
Russia, was wired to their counsel,
Harry Weinberger, by JohnW. Aber
crombie, acting secretary of labor.
Berkman and Goldman now are
in Chicago,' according to their coun
sel. They have been out on $15,000
bail pending final decision on depor
tation proceedings, based on their
anarchistic beliefs. t
