running the grocery store at 1922
South 'Twentieth street during the
illness -of Mrs. Bertha Israel, widow,
who owns , the store, has been re
arrested on charge of adultery,
filed by Max Rosenstein, the wid
ow's brother, following his release
on bond to appear before the grand
jury, after his arrest on a similar
charge October 18. Kellerman is
being held in the city jail.

cide by swallowing poison October
16, because of alleged persecutions
of her brother, declared the arrest '
of Kellerman is the result of spite y
work of her . brother because she
would not marry the. man selected
by him for her. Kellerman declared

Michael Lorrenze, 58 years old,
of Denison, la., who came here a
week ago to look for a railroad po
sition, reported to the police last
night that he had been held up at
Twelfth street and Capitol avenue
by twoMexicans and relieved of
$60 and a Swiss watch. One of the
men held a gun on him, he says. The
robbery took place about 7:30 in
the evening. This is the second af
fair of the kind reported from this
corner in a week.
