Omaha on a smooth medical fraud,
hai been tracked to earth by federal
authorities after a pursuit covering
period of three entire years,
W. M. Coble of the Departmen
of Justice in Omaha arrested Witt
man in Wheeling, W. Vs., and the
prisoner is now being brought
Omaha for trial.
In May, 1913, Dr. Wittman, with
his wite and a man named E.
Brantley were indicted on a charn
of attempting to defraud by a fed
erai grand jury in Umaha. Loble
put the order of indictment in his
grip then and it stayed there ever
since until Wittman was captured
Wheeling, the three-year Dursu
reads like a thrilling story of Action
including two trips across the conti
nent and flight to Europe and Aus-
traiia.
Electro-Oxygen Co.
On April I. 1913. reads the indict
ment returned aiainst Mr. Wittman.

arrest in Colorado Springs. Wittman

tured him, and was selling an alleged
