Missouri "Valley conference, In session
here; this rrlornlng refused to rescind the
rulo prohibiting athletic games to be
,playcd outside the college towns wheretn
the schools are located. The action of
the conference was unanimous, the Kan
sas representative, 'favoring tho abolish
ment of 'the rule, falling to vote. The
failure to rescind the rule prevents Kan
sas City- and Omaha from getting a Mlsi
sourl Valley conference foot ball game.
The conference also refused to rescind,
the rulo preventing freshman teams from,
playing1 with the first year teams of other
members of the conference. The ques
tion of prohibiting athletes from par
ticipating in more than two collegiate
