court today illsmlssed the appeal ot Jack
Johnson, the negro pugilist. Indicted If
Chicago on a chargo of .violating the
federal white slave act, from the declulon
of the federal court of northern Illinois.

of the court, which held that a person
was not entitled to attack tho constitu
