Of course, this does not prove that these
men were Incompetent. It merely shoe's
that a man may know a great many
facts and yet be Ignorant on many sim
ple propositions that the average high
school sophomore can answer correctly.
For the benefit of anyone who may
think that he la a very ignorant Indi
vidual on account of his Inability to
answer all of thee questions, let me say
that education Is more a matter of quali
ties than the acquisition of facto.
