Instructed to forward copies of the resolu
tions and the report of the committee to
Governor Bheldon In the hope he will call

guarantee and the people were afraid of

lutions on the table, where the postal sav
ings bank endorsement rests In peace, and
wall, a year to see what will develop.

C. Patterson spoke In favor of the reso
lutions, saying he did not want the ex
change to wait to see what other states
Would do In enacting such laws, but wanted
