Edward Krause, grand worthy president of the Eagles, extending an Invitation to that organisation to hold Its annual con vention next summer In Omaha.' provided . the question of location was raised at the meeting of the board of grand trustees, which convened In Louisville Monday. The telegram was sent st the request' of the Eagles of Omsha. for whom John J. ' Ryder acted aa spokesman.' Mr. Ryder-1 said that tn view of th fact that some complaint had been made against Norfolk, which was selected for the next convention, he had been writing to . the officers of the ' organisation in the hope of getting the meeting foe Omaha, which local Eagles agree would have been the choice In the ' last convention had It not been for a par liamentary trick which gave Norfolk the honor on the first ballot.
