DIVORCE AFTER LONG UNION
Separation Asked by Mother of Twelve

Thlrty-Tvro Yemrs.
After thirty-two years of married life
Mrs. Mary A. Cole has asked the district

name. Mary A. Crltchfleld. Twelve chil
dren have been born to the couple, of
whom eight are now living, two ot these

the Influence of liquor, she says, he mis
treats her and uses threats against her.
She says for a long time ha has not con
tributed to her support and she has been
forced to take in washing. Bhe asks the

A mandate from the United States cir
cuit court of appeals for the Eighth dis
trict dismisses the appeal In the case of
William Barada as complainant against
John F. Mackay. superintendent and spe
cial distributing agent ot the Omaha Indian

than Lyon. Uriah Men-leg and Carry La

ejectment of William Barada, the com
plainant, from the reservation as an al-'

cided against Barada In the United States

not entitled to an allotment. He appealed
to the higher court with the above result.
This particular case has no bearing upon
the cases recently filed In the United
States circuit court by the Raradas,
wherein they again ask for allotments as
