Stroud & Co., manufacturers of scraper and other grading tools, will eect a new factory which will double the present output of the firm. This fact was an nouneed by Mr. Stroud Saturday. Stroud & Co. have completed a deal with F. D. Wead whereby they gain possession of several acres of land north of the Belt Line between Commercial avenue ' and Twentieth street. Deeds are In escrow ln the hands of Mr. Wead and tvu has been deposited to bind the deal. The land was bought for a factory site. Tentative pluns are for a structure 580x138 feet.
