last month will have considerable effect
upon the levy of taxes for next year as well
as for thla one. The tax commissioner and
the Doerd of Review must meet and decide
upon the assessment for next year before
the November terra of the federal court ad
journs, and the city council must again pass
upon the assessment and make the annual
levy before' the May term of court of next
year, the term at which. In all probability,
the case will be tried.
