The de mand was in good shane and as a result trading waa active and the prices paid were lOCiilbc higher than yesterday. Packers all seemed to have liberal orders and there were , not near enough sheep snd lambs offered to meet the demand. There were not enough wethers and yearlings on sale to make a test ot tne market, put tne gen eral impression was that they would hnve advanced fully as much as the lambs. The top price of the day was $5.S0, which was paid for a choice bunch of lambs. Feeders were also scarce today and it is safe to quote the market strong, as the de mand continues of liberal proportions.
