During the convention many changes , important , but not radical , were brought up relative to the constitution and bylaws. A resolution was passed authorizing the construction of u building , for which an appropriation of $60,000 was made , the building to bo erected In the city finally decided upon tor the permanent place of location for the sovereign offices.
