Nothing Is to prevent the Rock Island from constructing Its now line through the city but tbo restraining order Issued by the district court on the ap plication of the Lincoln Street Railway com- rmnv. No data nas yet boon sot for hearing , but as the order simply restrains the Rock Island temporarily from laying Its tracks across O street , work Is not likely to bo Ions delayed. The residents along tbo right of way north of R slront were this morning given notice to clear the right of wav of all buildings and tbo work of removing thorn will DO commenced at onco.
