The recelnts though light weru heavier than a week nwi , the ii'colpt of cattle bcin 800 as a aliibt 200 on Monday last , and the receipts of 'logs 000 as agaliiht 400 on Monday last. Cattle The market was 10@15c lower than the closing pi Ices on Saturday nnd very ( inlet at the decline. A few hunches were .sold to tlip packing house but aside from that the buyers were unwilling to take hold of any- thin ) ; . The apparent cnusu for the decline watt the heavy receipts in eastern markets nnd Iho unfavorable reports received from there. Hogs The market was very weak and 5 < ( < ! 10u lower. Only a few loads changed hands. Them was no demand and a peed many were leftover or shipped. Sheep Theru were no arrivals and prices are only nominal at SI.OCKg5.00 for choice grades.
