A Hold AVomniiV notinr/.n. Snn Krkecitoo Chronicle. Tlw face of Sn nh Althcn , while Judge Sullivan was reading his decision thnt gave her to much of Sharon's property was a study in itself. A pallor ci-opt into her checks , the tell-tale under lip had to bp kept close prisoner by the upper , then t'icro ' cnmo a little smile , and then she leaned over on the gteen plaid shaul and gave a single sob. But it was nil over in a minute , and when she found herself re fer , ed to from the bench as "Mrs. Snmh Althca Sharon , " and heard the golden words , "division of the community prop- oity , " she sighed faintly , while a flush of joy came over her face. Anothcr instant and MM. Simon was surrounded by con gratulatory f-icnds , and then , as hand after hand sought hors , she broke down and began to cry quietly. The quick-eyed judge saw this , and , dreading a scene , or dered the court to bo at once cleared. The plaintill' moved into t'lowitness-toom ' with her friends , and thoio went through aiK'lher hand-shaking siege. With him was Senator Jon p , of Nevada , and another gentlcnun. Mr. Snaron did not look as If he hold thros qneens and jack , nor did ho appear like a broken lily or a faded flower. In fact , ha looked just a triil a ont tf sort ? , with an inclina tion towards losing hia rononned self- control. Instead of permitting the re porter to interview him ho Interviewed the reporter. "What do you think of the case ? " ho asked. The reporter intimated ihah hia thoughts wore not to bo published and then aaVod the ex-senator what he wcs going to do. "Fight it to the bitter end ; fight it in the courts and fight it on all Bides ! " he exclaimed , with a 'great deal of vehe mence. ' 'That decision h not sustained by the facie.
