centers were crowded with eager inquir

county contests received no little atten
tion. It appeared from the returns that
came in from the district yesterday that
Lyman had bcon oloctcd by a majority of
between 500 and 700. Pusoy wont out
uf this county with over 500 majority.
All the precincts in the county were
not hoard from /ustoraay , but it appeared
clear that tbo democrats oloctcd J. ; J.
Shea , of Nooln , for olork of the courts ,
his majority bciiiK not far from CO. For
county recorder it scums that the repub
licans have elected Chambers , the contest
between him and Brodbock being quito
close , however.
For supervisor the republican candi
