University of Michigan Glee and
Banjo clubs will appear at tho
Lansing Tuesday evening, April
23, will bo greeted with delight
by the lovers of college music in
this city. The clubs are strongor
than ever before and are composed
of thirty-five young men from tho
University of Michigan. Tho
program is full of rollicking col
lege music peculiar to college
clubs. ThoBQ who hoard the Ann
Arbor boyB in their concert in
April, 1893, will be pleased to
learn that Bob Thomppon, the
big second basB with the fathom
less voice, is still in his place at
the left end of the glee club.
Tho clubs aro making an ox
tended spring trip, going as far
west as Denver, stopping at Lin
coln on their return. They should
