Fight breaks out in stands
From Staff Reports
As Oklahoma State University
was beating the Comhusker men’s
basketball team on the court
Wednesday night, two fans were
beating each other.
Jason Lovejoy, 20, and Aaron
Freeman, 18, were thrown out of
the Devaney Sports Center after a
fighf broke out between them, Sgt.
Bill Manning of the University
Police Department said.
Manning said the fight broke
out because one person was stand
ing in front of the other. Manning
said one shoved the other, and “the
fight was on.” *
Both Lovejoy and Freeman were
cited for third-degree assault, mu
tual combatants, Manning said.
No other fans were hurt during
the fight, and the two men left
without incident, Manning said.

But, he said, he doesn’t strive foi
that. Instead, he said, he tries to trea
all his students as individuals am
give them the most complete and ac
