Perhaps, with some thought, our nation's preoccupation with the idea of limited nuclear war could be satiated. Contractors gotta build things, Regents gotta spend, fish gotta swim, birds gotta fly. You say, sure, but what about those heinous, venal human traits that we all must satisfy in one way or another, some in closets, others in the board room. Well, you don't think I'd forget about avarice, greed and atavism, do you? All this contracting, building and money changing from sweaty palm to sweaty palm is sure to breed just the sort of general corruption the Califor nia Gold Rush or the economic upsurge of the '20s bred. What fun. What satis faction. No problem. Zoo Bar, 136 N. 14th St. Magic- Friday and Saturday. Cover charge is $3. FAC with the Tablerockers. Cover charge is $1.
