Eddy Toussaint's Ballet De Mont
real, an internationally acclaimed
company, will appear in Kimball Hall
Nov. 2 and 3 at 8 p.m. Although the
company has toured Europe, South and
Central America and Canada, the Kim

was six at the Academie de Ballet of
Port-au-Prince with Lavina Williams, a
black American dancer associated with
dancers such as Catherine Dunham

He moved to Quebec when he was 12 '

ballet studies for seven years. Then he
obtained a Bachelor's Degree in
Pedagogy. He opened a small school of
dance and worked with several groups.
Two-thirds of the company's seventy
