Tho establishment of a Utorary de partment undor Mr. Holmes cannot but add Interest, as it will furnish a means of expression to material plen tiful .throughout tho year, but barred heretofore from the paper on account of tho lack of a suitable man to ex ploit and dovolop it, as well as by tho shortness of space.
