tho paper. It is to his efforts that tho
improved appearance of tho sheet Is

thing, ho contemplates Increasing tho
size of tho nows-pago, and conse

but add Interest, as it will furnish a
means of expression to material plen

heretofore from the paper on account
of tho lack of a suitable man to ex
ploit and dovolop it, as well as by tho
shortness of space. Mr. Holmes has
every qualification to make tho now
department a success.
