Eleven, fnen have so far definitely decided to go, but the delegation will probably be much larger. The western, student conferonde, which Includos all tlio schools west of the Miss'otiri will this year be held at Oascado, Colorado. It was held there last year for the first time and was such a decided success In every way that groat things are expected ol this year's conference. Tho confer ence is to be held from Juno 8 until June 17 The delegates will leave Lin coln on the 8th' on a special tourist car over the Burlington. In an effort to introduce n better system of sanitation and hygiene on the university campus, the board of re gents has Invited Dr. S. R. TWne of Omaha to visit tho university and pre pare recommendations. Dr. Towne is a specialist on matter relating to hygiene ami sanitation. Ho will come to Lincoln nnd give tho situation in the buildings and on the, grounds of the university a thorough'' inspection. Plans will then be drafted for bettering the conditions prevail ing nnd these will be submitted for the consideration of tho regents.
