Tho "Barbs" refuse to give their approbation to tho presont method of filling th,o positions and claim they will not participate In tho Athletic Board campaigns until a new election system is adopted. Tho Fraternity men are now busy fixing up a slate that will bo accept able) to all tho "Frats" and will an nounce their Mcket within a few days. Tho failure of the "Barbs" to nomi nate a ticket means that this year's election will be an apathetic one.
