PROCEEDINGS.
Board of county commissioners
met pursuant to adjournment.
Present : Arthur Bowring , chm. ,
Geo. Russell and A. E. Morris.
Commissioners entered into an
agreement with the Christian
Home of Council Bluffs for the
caring for and keeping of the six
Batemen children for one year ,
said Home to receive 8175 , the
same to be paid semi-annhally in
advance. Comr. Bowring was in
structed by the board to accom
pany said children to the Home.
Board took up the matter of
claims and the following were al
lowed on the General Fund :
