Board of county commissioners met pursuant to adjournment. Present : Arthur Bowring , chm. , Geo. Russell and A. E. Morris. Commissioners entered into an agreement with the Christian Home of Council Bluffs for the caring for and keeping of the six Batemen children for one year , said Home to receive 8175 , the same to be paid semi-annhally in advance.
