SCHOOL LAND LEASING
The following described school lands In Cherry
county will be ottered for lease at public auction
at Valentine ai the County Treasurers Office on
September 18 1WM beginning at 9 a in and
continuing until all of said lands have been
offered
These lands may be leased at an annual rental
of six per cent of the valuation shown below by
the first person offering to take the same when
they are called for lease at the auction unless a
premium is offcredin which case the lease con
tract will be awarded to the person paying the
greatest amount of bonus therefor Failing to
receive a bid of six per cent upon said appraised
value of any of these lands they may be leased
to the person who will pay six per cent upon the
highest valuation as provided in Sec 15 of the
new school land law
In order that all Interested may have an equal
opportunity to secure lease these lands are
hereby withdrawn from the market until the be
ginning or the public auction aforesaid
A portion of these lands are vacant by virtue
of orders of the Board of Educational Lands
and Funds duly made and mat be redeemed if
delinquencies and costs are paid before the land
