Snare, 80, died this mornir.g at the Nebraska Ma sonic Home here. He was born March 12, 1883 at SnareviJle, 111., son of Albert and Lily Walters Snare. He was married June 14, 1914 at Kansas City, Mo., to Maude McClure, who survives, and is a resident of the Masonic Home. Also surviving Is a brother, W. A. Snare, Gretna, Neb. He lived at Gretna p-ior to his residence here In Aug. 1958. He was a member of the Methodist Church; entered the home here through Utica Lodge No. 96, Utica, Neb., and the Royal Arch Masons. Graveside services will be at Utica Friday at 10 a.m. with Caldwell Funeral Home, Platts mouth, in charge of arrange ments. Visiting hours are today (Thursday) 7 to 9 p.m. at Cald well Chapel. 'Witnesses' Observe Nisan Monday Here Kenneth Emshoff, presiding minister of the local congrega tion of Jehovah's Witnesses to day said that Witnesses here will celebrate "Nisan, the anni versary of the death of ChrLst, beginning Monday, April g at sundown." The local congregation of Witnesses has arranged a fitting celebration beginning at 7:30 pm. Monday at the auditorium of the Public Library where the congregation holds services, Mr. Emshoff said. Mrs. Dorothy Lyons Dies in California Mrs. Dorothy Kunsman Lyons of Downey, Calif., died March 30 at Huntington Memorial Hos pital, Pasacena. Calif., where she had been 111 for the past four months. She was the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Kunsman, and niece of Mrs. John Carmack, Plattsmouth. ' She was born June 2, 1881. at Crabbottom Highland Co., dau ghter of Henry and Margaret Ann Judy Mauzy. She was married to Dr. Ti mothy J. Todd May 25, 1904. He preceded In cea'.h Feb. 3, 1933. Their son. Henri E. Todd, Plaquemine, La., survives, along with sisters. Miss Margaret Mauzy, a resident of the Ne braska Masonic Home, Mrs. Marion Vroman, Evanston, 111., and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Alpha Muncie, Plattsmouth. Prior to her residence here Mrs. Todd lived in Kearney. She entered the Masonic Home through Tuscan Chapter No. 35 OES, Kearney. She was a member of the Me thodist Church, and the E. G. Chapter PEO. Funeral services will be Fri day at 2 p.m. at the Caldwell Funeral Home with Rev. J. W. Scott, pastor of the First Me thodist Church, officiating.
