Voting will take place at the PTA Country Fair Feb. 18 at the rate of a penny a vote by those at tending. Each class chose two candi dates with Nella Pierce, daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. Neil Pierce, Nehawka, and Jolene Meyer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Merle Meyer, Nehawka, representing the Freshman Class. The Sophomores chose Evctte Bottcher, daughter of 'Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bottcher, Union, and Peggy Baker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Baker, Union. Julia Johnson, daughter of ! The crowning of t h e Queen under the direction of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hansen "will take place midway in the evening of fun after some enternrizing la dies of the PTA have finished with their softball game." The fun night i.s the annual money making project of the PTA with the money being used to purchase something for the school. One year playground equip ment was bought and last year two stereophonic record play ing units were the rewards of the PTA workers.
