Mr. James Hewitt and Mr. Wrlliam Stoner met with the Hoard to discuss taxable value In regard to Western Sand aim Gravel Property in Cass County. No agreement was reached at this time. Minutes of the last session approved and the following business transacted in regular lorm. Mption was made by Gregg and seconded by Bornemeicr that the Bid for Employees Lia bility Insurance of Steve Davis be accepted. Motion carried. Motion was made by Gregg and secondeu by Todd that the engineering be let on three miles of road, beginning at the north end of the Nehawka North road, Project S-51(K2 thence three miles north to connect with Project S-51013J. Motion carried. Motion was made by Borne meicr and seconded by Gregg that the County Board accept the Bid of Herring Electric tW. R. Herring) to re-wire the County Court House, the base Bid contract - $9,976.50 and to accept Alternate No. 1 and Alternate No. 2 contract of $651.23. Motion carried. Motion by Gregg and second by Bornemeier, that Board au thorize Chairman to sign agree ments (Project S-5KH3) in re gard to pipeline change) as .soon as agreements reach Clerk's office. Motion carried.
