Shtiilf Tom Solomon said the man possibly passed some $3,000 worth of checks but so far only one has showed up in Cass Coun ty. The man used several aliases and had four Nebraska drivers licenses in his possession. The man has spent several terms in prison, the longest being a 15-year term in Oregon. County Bridge Near Avoca Damaged by Truck Wednesday Several thousand dollars worth of damage was sustained by a county brldje'near Avoca Wed nesday afternoon. A National By Products Inc. truck which was southbound had a front wheel lock throwing it into the bridge railing and down the creek bed below. The driver of the truck was Baxter Wampler of Riverton, Iowa, and he sustained no injur ies, according to Deputy Sheriff Joe Kruntorad who investigated. Damage to the bridge was esti mated at $3,000 to $5,000. PKTIT LARCENY CinRGEI) Two Lincoln youths were taken into custody this morning west of Plattsmouth and charged with petit larceny. The youths toid Sheriff Tom Solomon they broke the lock on a farmer's gas stor age tank west' of Plattsmouth last right and removed about 10 gallons of gas. The youths are 17 and 18. In County Court this morning, they pleaded "guilty" to that charge and each was sentenced to 15 days in County Jail. 30 Day Terms James D. Terry of Louisville and Steve Stitt of Plattsmouh are serving 30-day sentences in County Jail for "driving on sus pended drivers license." Terry was sentenced last week, and Stitt last week dismissed an appeal to District Court from an earlier sentence. 30-Day Jail Term Richard Mnrr-h of plitr Friday was sentenced to 30 days in the County Jail after plead ing "guilty" before County Judga Raymond J.
