NOTICE OF CREATION OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 151 Public Notice is given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Plattsmouth, Ne braska have passed, ' approved and published Ordinance No 997 creating Street Improvement District No. 151 which provides for the improvement of the fol lowing street in said District, to-wit: 12th STREET, from the south property line of Four th Avenue, also known as Rock Street, to the north end of Oakmont Drive in the City of Plattsmouth. The said improvements in Street Improvement District No. 151 shall consist of grading, paving, curbing, guttering and such other work as may be in cidental thereto as per plans and specifications to be pre pared by Henningson, Durham & Richardson, Inc., Special En gineer employed by the City, and to be approved by the City Council. Said improvements shall be made at public cost, but the City will levy special assess ments on the property within the district especially benefited thereby proportionate to the benefits. If a majority of the resident owners of property directly a butting oil' the street to be im proved in the district shall file with the City Clerk within twen ty (20) days after the first pub lication of this notice written objections to the creation of said district, said improvements shall not be made in said dis trict as provided by said ordin ance, but the ordinance creat ing the said district shall be repealed. If said objections are not filed to the district in the time and manner aforesaid, the governing body shall forthwith cause the work to be done and such improvements to be made in said district. Sutherland died intestate on or about September 15th, 1932 be ing a resident and inhabitant of Elmwood, Cass County, Nebras ka, and died seized ot the fol lowing described real estate to wit: Lots 8 and 9 in Block 18 in the Village of Elmwood, Cass County, Nebraska, leaving as his sole and only heirs ac law the following named persons, to-wit: Laura B. Sutherland, wi dow; Max J. Sutherland, son; Ruth Hall, daughter; Belle Sutherland, daughter; Walter Dale Sutherland, son; Irene March, daugh ter, and Alma Kaczmarek, daughter; That no application for ad ministration has been made, and the estate of said decedent has not been administered, in the State of Nebraska. That the interest of the peti tioner in the above described real estate is an heir at law and praying for a determination of the time of the death of said Justus B. Sutherland and of his heirs, the degree of kinshin and the right of descent of the real property belonging to the said deceased, in the State of Ne braska.
