Said improve ment shall be constructed to established grades as lixed by Ordinance and shall be con structed in accordance with plans and specifications to be made by Henningson, Durham & Richardson, Inc., Special En gineers employed by the City, such plans and specifications to be approved by the City Coun cil. 'Mother of Hinky Dmky' Dies at 97 The "mother of Hinky Dinky," Mrs. Fannie Newman, died June 16 in an Omaha hospital at the age of 97. She was the mother of Jule M. Newman, president, of Hinky Dinky; Al bert B. and Henry A. Newman, vice presidents; and Sallv New- I man, company cashier. j She was also the grandmother of Executive Vice President C. M. "Nick" Newman, and Secretary-Treasurer E. Robeit Newman. Other grandsons in clude James Newman of Los Angeles, and Murray Newman, a member of this year's grad uating class of Pennsylvania State College. Eight great grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Newman, affectionately known as "Aunt Fannie" to many of the staff members and store personnel, was widely known for her active interest m worthy charities. A native of Hungary, Mrs. Newman became a resident of Omaha in I808. For more than .30 years she was a member of the Royal Neighbors organiza tion.
