Spahnle, 75, who diod at her home In Lincoln -Tuesday will be Friday at 2 p.m. a1. Em manuel Lutheran Church at Eagle, Rev. E. H. Prange offic iating. Burial will be in Eagle Cemetery. Born near Eagle, sh spent her entire life in that commun ity and was a meinber of the Emmanuel Lutheran church. Survivors are sor Howard of Lincoln, daughter Mrs. Mildred Trumble. Local People Arc Back From South Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Lytle and children, Bobby and Edith, are home from a holiday stay in Florida, a much deserved vaca tion. They headquartered at Miami and from there took in the many interesting spots of that part of the United States. On their return home they Tiad a pleasant surprise afford ed them at the Col lee Shop that they operate. The staff at the shop had taken advantage of the absence of the owners to do a fine job of freshening up the place. It was bright and glit tering for the reopening Monday. Wondia, 28, of Lin coln entered a plea of "quilty" to passing u forged check in ' County Court Wednesday and was bound over to District Court. He is being held in County jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond. Wondra was taken into cus tody in Plattsmouth Tuesday night after passing checks for $38.50 and $45.50. At the B & H Shoe Store the clerks became suspicious and summondeel Wondra back to the store for further Identification and in the meantime called the sheriff's office. Sheriff Tom Solomon said Wondra had been staying in an Omaha hotel under a fictitious name and that he was wanted in a number of other Nebraska counties on check charges.
