Last week Cheryl 9 and Randy 7, Stratton, children of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Stratton entered a Syracuse Hospital where Cher yl had a tonsilectomy and Randy had a tonsilectomy and hernia surgery. Charley Card Is improving, has left the hospital and is tak ing further treatment. Mrs. Clara Pershing Is accom panying her son-in-law and dau ghter, Mr. and Mrs. Carter John son on a vacation trip. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Marolf visited with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ahl of Pleasant Dale Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Ahl just recent ly returned home from the hos pital where she had surgery. Arriving last Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ersy McNurlin were their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Narrati of Los Angeles and they were to return home Mon day. Sunday guests also were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Narrati of Dodge. Air Parcel Mailing Rules Liberalized Postmaster General Arthur E. Summerfield announced today that size and weight limitations on air parcels to overseas mili tary post offices are greatly li beralized effective July 1, 1958. Air parcels have been limit ed to two pounds and a com bined length and girth of 30 inches. Such parcels for most over seas military post offices may now weigh up to 70 pounds and have combined length and girth up to 100 inches. However, parcels destined for military post offices located in certain countries will be limit ed to 50 pounds and 72 inches length and girth combined be cause of internal regulations in these countries which make such limitations necessary. tlie cjoocl word t V v I Has it reached you yet?
