The minimum wage paid to all labor employed on this con tract shall be as indicated in the proposal form, with the minimum wage paid to all skill ed labor ranging from $1.75 to $2 00, to all intermediate grade labor from $1.30 to $1.85, and for all unskilled labor from $1.00 to $1.35 per hour, as shown in the schedule in the proposal form. Plans and specifications for the work may be seen and in formation secured at the office of the Department of Roads and Irrigation at Lincoln, Nebraska. The successful bidder will be required to furnish bond in an amount equal to 100 of his contract. As an evidence of good faith in submitting a proposal for this work, the bidder must file, with his proposal, a certified check made payable to the De partment of Roads and Irriga tion and in the amount not less than twenty-two thousand (22, 000) dollars.
