Said Mrs. Schnell: . "We feel the board should make a com plete study of the situation in Nebraska before deciding on any new construction." But Board Chairman Thomas Dredla said the 1955 legislature, by killing bills that woud have moved the school, set the site of the institution as Nebraska City. - "The legislature ruled out any other city, there's no question about that," Dredla said.
