Mr. and Mrs. Carl Zaiser were guests of Dr. and Mrs. J. W. Brendel at the. doctor's birthday Friday evening. Mrs. Raymond Wellman of Syracuse was a surgery patient at Syracuse Memorial hospital Thursday. While she is at the hospital, her 8-week-old daugh ter is with her mother, Mrs. Fred Gunn. Avoca Ladies Aid Meets At Danklef f Home Ladies Aid met with Mrs. Henry Danhleff, and Miss Matil da Madson, Thursday. Mrs. Wal ter Everman led the devotional part. Mrs. Danhleff played two records for the music. Several nice things were turned in for the bazaar next week. David Olewine spent several days with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Gollner, while his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Olewine were in Lincoln with his brother, who was seriously hurt in an auto accident last week. While there, the children saw and recognized Tom Chase of the Trail Time TV program, and spoke to Mr. Chase. The next day on his pro gram, he greeted both children, Cheryle Yardley and Lester Roe ber, which pleased them very much.
