The loss was the third against live wins for the Juniors. Errors and wildness on the part of Hurler John Blotzer was the Plattsmouth downfall. The Iowans put together two hits and live buses on balls to score live runs in the second and a 5-0 lead. That setmed to break the backs of Plattsmouth play ers. The Iowans added one more in the third and gained four more runs in the fourth on only one hit. Plattsmouth picked up a lone run in the sixth on three hits. The run came on Hodge Eaton's home run with the bases empty. A base on balls led to the only other Plattsmouth run in the seventh. Plattsmouth came through with seven hits, the same num ber yielded by Blotzer. Blotzer struck out seven but gave 12 free tickets.
