Minutes of last session ap proved, when the following bus-ine-s was transacted in regular form : The 1947 assessment of the new building built on Lot 6, Block 36, Plattsmouth City, by the Lin coln Telephone & Telegraph Co. was considered. Mr. A. N. New ecs,! Area Manager, and Mr. J. A'. ?McKinzie, District Manager of the lelephone Co. were pres ent and submitted figures and also a statement from the Board of Equalization of Johnson Coun ty, Nebraska, stating that a new building of about the same size and cost had been assessed in Johnson County for the year 1947 at $15,000.00. The Board, with the approval of all members and without ob jection by Mr. McKinzie, fixed the assessed valuation of the new building in Plattsmouth at $17,500.00 The hearing set for this day for an increase in personal prop erty of Ash Grove Lime & Port land Cement Co. was postponed to July 1, 1947 at 10:03 o'clock A.
