Advance ments were made and merit badges awarded at the ceremony. Advancements announced in troop 3G5 were vanced to second class and Glen Hamilton, Kenneth Rozell and Gordon Green, star scouts. I. Clements celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary. An evening dinner was enjoyed by the family members. Mrs. Eva Bailey, Mr. and Mivs. Ward 1 Hedges of Waverly, and Mr. Clark Gonzales and Charles of i Eagle. The Sanford Clements family came from Peru and the ;Dick Clements group from Lin coln. The sons, Guy, Orley and i Vernon, with their families and Miss Alma Clements are at home here. The Methodist church re membered them with an appro priate bouquet. j Mrs. George Hall is improving from her recent illness. Her daughter, Mrs. Marjory Hall, is Ihere from Lincoln and the grand son, David Bornemeier, who came ; from army service is here now, too. The granddaughter, Mrs. Dorothea Redd, is now in Lincoln, after having spent six months with her husband at his camp sta tion. ' Miss Grace Wood has been kept at home this week with the flu.
